Payment Plan Contract

the total sum of $____________, which includes a downpayment, maintenance fee ($100), and sharpening if requested, for the purchase of the

I agree to pay the full amount by the end of this contract, which is one year from its signature date, or sooner if I so desire.

If for any reason I cannot fulfill this contract prior to product delivery, I can cancel the order by notifying Albion via e-mail, phone, fax, or written letter. I will receive store credit for the amount I have put down.

If payments are made by credit card, I will notify Albion if the card can no longer be used, and will provide them with a new card.

I acknowledge that I have read this contract, and will abide by its contents.
